Thanks for stopping by!
I’m a multi-disciplinary journalist with 15 years of experience building digital media brands. My expertise includes research, writing, editing, process development and creative content strategy. I have an insatiable curiosity for the way the world works and a nerd-worthy obsession with fixing improper grammar and sentence structure. I graduated from Ryerson’s School of Journalism with honours. While magazines are my first love, my career path led me to discover the world of digital media, and my expertise is in content strategy & development, social media, audience development, and analytics.
I work with a wide range of clients of all sizes, from local SMEs to household names like Abbott Nutrition and Elle Canada. Clients have shared that they appreciate my meticulous attention to detail, my calm and articulate communication style, my collaborative approach, and my overall positive and approachable demeanour.
I am a logical and fact-loving empath — and this colors how I approach my life and my work. Strategy and data offer concrete factual information to guide content development, but it’s just as important to know when to set the rules aside. Content falls flat without authenticity, humanity and empathy (no matter who your audience is, connecting with them is key).
I’m a recovering perfectionist with a growth mindset. I strive to find balance and be the best version of myself. These are values I bring to every client relationship.

Fun facts about me:
In my spare time, I love eating (not so much cooking… it’s a means to an end), bingeing both good and bad TV, having dance parties with my husband and two sons, and cuddling with my cat Mowgli.
